The staff is friendly and welcoming. the hotel is fantastic and has a top-notch restaurant. - the breakfast comes with a nice view. - the location is magnificent and absolutely perfect, just a short walk from Theodosius Cistern.

By and large, it was enjoyable base for sightseeing in Istanbul, had much fun and met competent staff on the part of one staff member. We loved this stay.

By and large, it was absolutely fantastic and ideal place with amazingly friendly stuff on the part of one staff member. The location was particularly good and excellant - just 5 minutes' walk from Sultanahmet District Square.

I had a perfectly pleasant stay. the venue was recently refurbished. - the location was perfect, not far from Galata, many attractions, including Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, the Grand Bazaar.

The receptıon staff were frıendly and helpful. They arranged an early breakfast & my transport to the aırport the followıng mornıng.

There was only one sheet and thıs was not bıg enough for the bed. Traffıc noıse was quıte loud. No resaurant or bar ın the evenıng.

i did like the most that all the staff was always asking me if i need something , and they were so kindly and nice people.

Clean hotel with excellent and friendly employees

Climate control, mini-bar, and iron available in the deluxe quadruple room. Excellent and stunning location with a wide variety of bakeries and restaurants nearby.

Location was fairly good.

- the smell of the room! It was so moldy we could barely breathe and sleep!, -cleaniness of the room - was very dirty and wasn't cleaned at all, -receptionist - did not speak English when we paid and wanted a receipt, the area the hotel is in is not very safe/nice.

Wi fi not work

The location was excellent and fantastic for walking around a Byzantine basilica museum. the rooms were compact and decent sized with all the necessary amenities like air conditioning that made the stay very comfortable.

I would improve the overall cleanliness and fittings of the rooms. Lots of the things were broken. The sewage system needs to be repaired, as it gives an unpleasant odour.

In the heart of sultanahmet, a few steps from cemberlitas metro station and just a stroll away from the grand bazaar. You can easily get there from the airport in about 40 min with public transports, paying 2 x 1.75 TL instead 50 euro cab!!!!Thousands of shops and restaurants are in the area, though you may find it a bit too touristic. But in the back alleyways it's full of local people too.

The view from our room was absolutely stunning, overlooking the beautiful streets of Istanbul. We were delighted to find the room neat and clean upon arrival. The staff quickly addressed our concerns and moved us to a different room, ensuring our comfort. The location of the hotel was perfect, within walking distance to all the main attractions and close to public transportation. We were pleased with the airport transfer service that was organized as promised.
